Is there a free trial?

No — pick a plan, add your card, you're live. If it's not for you, cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I switch between Starter and Pro?

Yes. Use "Manage subscription" on your billing page to open the Stripe customer portal and swap plans. Stripe prorates the change automatically.

How does Starter seat counting work?

You pay for active users in your workspace. Quantity is set at checkout based on your team size at the time. If you add members later, owners can adjust the seat count from the customer portal.

How do I cancel?

From the Stripe customer portal — one click. Your subscription ends at the close of the current period. No retention calls, no email rituals.

Does it work with Outlook 365 / Microsoft?

The rendered signature already works in Outlook today — copy and paste, same as Gmail. Microsoft sign-in is on the roadmap. If you need it sooner, email hello@crtvdei.com and we'll prioritize.

Can I bring my own template HTML?

Not yet — eight templates ship with the product, covering minimal-text through magazine-layout. If you need something custom for your brand, the agency builds bespoke templates as a service.

Is there annual billing?

Monthly only today. If you'd like an annual contract — common for procurement reasons — email hello@crtvdei.com and we'll set it up manually.

Where do you store our data?

Supabase (Postgres, hosted in us-east-1). Row-level security isolates each workspace. Stripe handles cards — we never see card numbers. Email is sent via Postmark, images stored on AWS S3 + CloudFront.
